Hi, everyone! We went camping this weekend with our church. I think it was my mom’s first time going. I can’t believe she went 60 years on this earth and never went camping. Lol. It was tons of fun. It was nice to be out in nature. We really needed the break — to get away from it all.
Unfortunately, we still don’t have an update. It’s been three weeks since my mom’s emergency consult with a gyne oncologist and we still don’t have a surgery, pre-op or medicine consult date. I understand my mom’s case might be complicated but I wish they would at least call us back to assure us they haven’t forgotten about her. The last think we want is for the tumour to grow and cause complications. *SIGH*
Anyway, I’ll end on with this quote: “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.” – Mary Anne Radmacher
Have a wonderful day, everyone! ❤
